OPENING FALL 2026
TERMINAL WAREHOUSE
261 11TH AVENUE
NEW YORK NEW YORK
Terminal Warehouse began as a major industrial hub, moving goods between the Hudson River and the city by way of its now-iconic rail tunnel. Over the years, it shifted from freight to culture—from bonded storage to the famed Tunnel nightclub. Today, the landmark stands restored, honoring its industrial roots while opening its doors to a new era of modern use and community.
Completed in 1891, Terminal Warehouse was the city’s first integrated freight hub, where trains rolled straight into its vaulted brick passages to connect New York to the world. Its massive scale and Hudson River access made it a cornerstone of the city’s industrial rise.
More than a century later, the landmark has been reimagined for a new era—where commerce once moved, culture now gathers. With The Mallory at its heart, Terminal Warehouse evolves from a historic engine of connection into one of New York’s most dynamic event destinations.
